  • We seek your personal information when you make a donation, request a communication from us, register for an on-ground event, pledge support to our work and campaigns and apply for working or volunteering with us. This information may be sought over the phone, through website, via email or by the means of face to face interaction.

If any government or legal bodies require any information from us under the purview of a law or legal compliance, we may disclose the same.
  • Zalkari (ZKF) may share your personal information with our bankers for clearing necessary payments. 
  • The Online Donate system’s purpose to provide flexibility and conform to its continuing Donor by offering the option to pay online using various payment methods.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the payee to pick an online payment option.
  • All payment details which are entered through this payment gateway are encrypted when the payee, or third party making payment, enters them. The site is secure and uses 128-bit encryption to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site Zalkari Knowledge Foundation shall not be liable for any failure by the Payee or third party making payment.
  • If payment is made using a card that you do not personally own, the permission of the card owner must always be obtained to make payments using the card. In using the system you confirm that you have such permission.
  • Information related to payments using debit or credit card is not accessed or stored by Zalkari Knowledge Foundation.
  • Limitation of Liability: In no event, Zalkari (ZKF) will be liable for any damage direct or indirect losses, or expenses arising in connection with the site or use thereof inability to use by any person delay of operation or transaction, computer virus, etc.
  • If Zalkari Knowledge Foundation is convinced that there has been some inappropriate activity with or on our website/webpage, communications, charitable services or personal or real property or if we have reasons to believe that any using one of the Zalkari Knowledge Foundation website, our donors, employees, partners, vendors, etc. have been inflicted with any harm, we will disclose (we may or may not notify you) personal information as we deem appropriate.
